International Financial Markets >> This is LiveOffshore's directory of international markets throughout the world.

Free Trade Zones >> A free trade zone (FTZ) or export processing zone (EPZ) is one or more special areas of a country where some normal trade barriers such as tariffs and quotas are eliminated and bureaucratic requirements are lowered in hopes of attracting new business and foreign investments.

Free trade zones can be defined as labor intensive manufacturing centers that involve the import of raw materials or components and the export of factory products.

Here is LiveOffshore's comprehensive listing of Free Trade Zones >> Antigua - Czech Republic | Denmark - Guyana | Haiti - Kuwait | Latvia - Portugal | Qatar - Zimbabwe

Canadian Venture Capital Firms >> Most venture capital comes from a group of wealthy investors, investment banks and other financial institutions that pool such investments or partnerships. This form of raising capital is popular among new companies, or ventures, with limited operating history, who cannot raise funds through a debt issue. The downside for entrepreneurs is that venture capitalists usually get a say in company decisions, in addition to a portion of the equity.
